CheckmateWager is a 100% skill-based chess competition. Every match must be played honestly and without unfair assistance.

🚫 Cheating is not allowed

Strictly prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using chess engines (Stockfish, Lichess AI, etc.)
• Receiving coaching or move suggestions from others
• Multi-accounting or ghost-playing on another player’s account
• Intentionally losing games for coins ("dumping")
• Network manipulation or disconnect abuse
• Exploiting bugs to gain advantages

⚠️ Anti-Cheat Enforcement

We monitor gameplay patterns, device activity, IP consistency, and suspicious performance changes. If cheating or fraud is detected:

• Account suspension or permanent ban
• Confiscation of coins or prizes
• Reversal of fraudulent match results

✔️ Player Responsibilities

• Maintain a stable internet connection
• Only play on your own verified account
• Follow tournament match deadlines
• Play fairly and respect opponents

💰 Prize & Withdrawal Rules

• Coin payouts require a verified account
• Payout delays may occur due to anti-fraud checks
• Players caught cheating forfeit winnings
